Types of Classes

  • BJJ GI and NOGI Classes

    The objective of the classes is to build a balanced BJJ game, with a solid foundation and to improve the stamina and strength in a healthy environment.

  • BJJ Functional

  • Teens/Kids Classes

    Childrens classes are specifically designed to be engaging and enjoyable. Kids will learn the skills through games and challenges. Teens classes are more in depth regarding movements to prepare for transition to adult group.

Women’s self defence classes

We also run once a month specific self-defence lessons for women. Please contact us via email to register your interest.

Private lessons

If you’re interested in getting some 1 to 1 coaching our private lessons are the perfect option. This allows us to keep a close eye on the development of the student and adapt the classes specifically to your needs.
